I spent Christmas here and the location was super convenient, just a quick 6-minute walk to the station! The self-service check-in made everything a breeze, and I loved having access to the laundry facilities. The bed was surprisingly comfy, which was a nice surprise during the holiday hustle.
The bathroom situation was a bit awkward with that glass door lighting up the whole room at night. Plus, it was annoying to only have one keycard, which meant my partner and I had to keep swapping it when we left. Oh, and a bit more attention to cleanliness wouldn’t hurt—found some litter in the room. Not the best!

Comfy and best possible location for our visit to a heian-era temple not too far from the hotel. Also - short walk to railway and bus. Very amiable staff and the room well-kept and brand-new with an extra bed, an openable window plus a sofa.

A double room was new-fashioned and the food was savoury. Had clean a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a work desk...

Plus, the hotel offers useful amenities like a laundry room and vending machines.
I can just recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay! The location near the train station was super convenient for exploring the city. I loved that there were plenty of food and shopping options right around the corner. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. having a coffee maker in my room was a nice touch!
The room was pretty small, especially for a couple. The bed was way too firm for my liking, and the bathroom felt cramped. Plus, the breakfast wasn’t the best—it could definitely use some improvement. it was good for a short trip, but there are some areas that could use some TLC!

Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and went out of their way to make me feel at home. the room is modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed for my city trip. the location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and just a short walk to the train station.
The smell of smoke throughout the hotel was quite strong, even on the non, smoking floors. I found this off, putting as a non, smoker.

The hotel staff could use some improvement in customer service, as some guests reported being treated rudely by some front desk staff members.
